What would be the best way to spend 250k LPs on 3 rewards?

That's impossible to say. I could tell you to book a hotel room but if you've already booked some rooms that would be pointless. I could tell you to get one of the rewards that is related to drinking, but if you aren't a drinker that obviously wouldn't work. That'd be like me asking everybody what kind of car I should buy without talking about my lifestyle and the necessities that I need.

 

I'm going for the steakhouses.

 

I used mine to book rooms. Now that my rooms are covered I have about 180,000 left to figure out what to do with once the 30 day window passes where you can only use 3 per 30 days. Likely doing a 21,500 point Bellagio buffet after that, my wife has already bought one on her account. Beyond that I don't know as neither of us are big drinkers and the old reward of $75 at NYNY for any food there is no longer available. We like the Italian restaurant there.

 

The 3 per 30 limit is based on when you actually "consume" the reward. So if you are using one for your room, even though you've already redeemed it, it counts as of the date you use room, not when you booked it. Just don't want you to have a nasty surprise when you get there.

I am not within 90 days of my trip yet, so I really haven't even looked at the options. They change so much lately!

 

No idea.. the rewards have changed so much lately. Maybe a room, a show ticket, and a food comp?

 

The shows seem like a good deal to me. There are no out-of-pocket expenses and not something I get chance to do at home.

 

Ouch! Didn't realize this, but I do read it says now 3 "redeemed" per 30 days so I guess that is when you use it and not purchase it. Oh well, still happy with being able to get the rooms knocked out.

 

If you are looking for 3 that add up to ~250k, that give you a broad range of experiences, I would say show ticket, food/dinner/drink comp, shark tank/secret garden entrance.

 

Buy $5 worth of chips and you can redeem 4 rewards. For 250K that can get you:

$150 @ Excalibur steakhouse
$150 @ Tender
Ticket to KA
Ticket to Love

This is actually my plan for redemption on my September trip, may upgrade depending how many LPs I have (currently 93K, 250K by then will be a breeze)

 

I have nearly 250K We are going May next year and so far (unless the rewards change) are

1 night Luxor
1 night NY NY

both for myself and my husband.. so 4 nights in total

Luxor Steakhouse for me and Nine Irishmen

and $50 Monte Carlo and one Bellagio buffet for my husband (we will pay for the another)

Should work out about 250 each
