MyVegas just used... RHUMBAR, FLEUR, SIGNATURE LOUNGE, SHARK REEF

Just got back and used 4 myvegas rewards on this trip.
Hopefully some of this info will give some insight to new users...


2 WELL DRINKS @ RHUMBAR - MIRAGE
Pretty cool place. Fun to hang out on the patio outside. Mix of young 20's to seniors. Casual and fancy. The voucher said $24 value for 2 "well" drinks.
Asked for Mojito's (and even offered to pay any extra cost) but they still said they couldn't! Ended up with 2 Jack & Cokes. This place seemed like the most unfriendly and unhappy to receive a myvegas voucher.


2 DRINKS @ THE LOUNGE - The Signature
Small hotel lounge. Much more quiet and mellow. Voucher said $30 value. Both bartenders were very nice and happy to see us. We went on Monday night (which is 1/2 off Mojito's!!) Normally $16 each but they were crediting us for $8 each! We got 4 AMAZING drinks and it only cost $2! What a deal!! They have a few different flavored mojito's and we were able to try them all.
I was told they were more than happy to serve us more than 2 drinks because they could only write off the value as $16 when getting their credit back from mlife/myvegas. They were happy to give us an additional 2 drinks so they could claim the full $30 value was used.
So... Get this prize and go on MOJITO MONDAY!


2 SPECIALTY COCKTAILS @ FLEUR - Mandalay Bay
Had our drinks at the bar. At first they were really pushy with trying to get us to order an app, small plate or dinner. We were just there for the drinks!
The reward had a value of $33. The drinks were $16 each so it worked out perfect. Best cocktails of the trip!


Shark Reef @ Mandalay Bay
Did not have to wait in line. Just waled up to the VIP line. Been here before but it was fun to visit again. We were in and out in a half hour but you could easily spend an hour if your slow.


The process of redeeming rewards from Mlife varies. MGM was super slow and the lad had to walk in the back and talk with the boss several times. Took nearly 15 min to write up the voucher. Mirage moved pretty quick but Mandalay Bay seemed they most efficient and organized with the redemption process.

 

Going to be using our Shark Reef passes next week.

 

Did you buy any chip packages? I thought everyone is limited to 3 rewards in 30 days now????

 

Of course! Or you go with someone else who is playing myVEGAS and use 6 or 8 if you like!

 

I purchased $5 in chips when I first started playing this game. This way you can redeem 4 rewards (rather than 3). Spending the extra $5 is well worth a 4th reward!
