Have never eaten at Paris buffet because usually it has long lines ....now I notice on the site something about "prepared when ordered"???? Is this not just a regular buffet?? Are the lines long on Sunday nights?? Thanks....

?? Prepared when ordering?? Don't remember that signage but maybe it pertains to the omelet or crepe stations. Yes, other that those, it is a regular type buffet.

I have not been in a few years but at one time they were grilling meats over in the far corner back toward the casino. It was not done specifically to order but the food was being prepared fresh at the station.

10 years ago the Paris Buffet was a must have for us at least once during the trip. The quality and offerings have declined significantly IMHO. Really not worth the wait.

Went to the Paris Buffet twice this trip because of the great Groupon deals. We used the dinner groupon Friday night and used the lunch groupon Monday and just barely got in at 2:55 pm. The lines last Friday night wasn't too bad around 6 pm (waited in line 15-20 min, but the Monday afternoon lunch line was terrible in line over an hour.

Sorry, never seen anything relating to "prepared when ordered", but I agree with the others ...probably in reference to the crepes. As far as I could see, it is just a regular buffet..

When I was there last month, the waitress placed a card on the table for omeletes prepared to order. You chose what you wanted from the options on the card and when she brought my drink, she took the card. Within a few minutes she brought the omelette to the table. I thought it was nice--didn't have to stand around waiting for it to be prepared. I don't know if they do this for every meal or just for breakfast.

    I like that omelette idea!

Wish they would do it for the crepes, too!

We ate there last Tues. evening after getting out of the early Jersey Boys show. There weren't any lines and the food was great. No "made to order" areas except for the crepes. I was a little nervous about hearing that most of the stations served French food, but my husband and I had no problem finding lots of foods that were familiar and also a few to try.
I can't comment on the lines on Sunday.
