Mandalay Bay and for some reason the Luxor. Not sure why because I really never done anything other than put a few bucks in a slot.

Do they just come by random email, or are they listed under offers on the M-Life website?

    Thanks

Your offers will come from the casinos where you gambled the most on your last trip. If you really spread your play around then don't expect too much.

If you did concentrate your play at one property, IE: Bellagio, you can always call them (the number on the back of your MLife card) - if you don't have an offer they will evaluate your play and create one for you.

If your stay was very recent then it can sometimes take up to 2-3 months for offers to start showing up.

Note that if your play was not sufficient enough for offers from the properties that you played at then you may never get any offers at all from that property. IE: a property like Bellagio requires a lot of play there before they will send out offers, if you received "GOLD" level in MLife by playing exclusively at Bellagio then that might be enough.

Also bear in mind that while "GOLD" is the third tier in the MLife program this causes a lot of people to mentally equate it to the "DIAMOND" level in Total Rewards... however MLife "GOLD" actually requires LESS coin in than the "PLATINUM" level at Total Rewards.

Just mentioning that last part because a lot of people get excited and want to run off and spank the monkey or something because they made it to MLife "GOLD" and then they go all upset and wonder why the high end properties aren't sending them offers when they made it "all the way" to the GOLD level - if you were still a basic Total Rewards cardholder and just close to PLATINUM you wouldn't really be wondering why Paris and Caesars Palace aren't rolling out the red carpet for you...

You did not say how long ago... but it does take time for play to hit their system. Also, you will not get offers just because you reached GOLD. Offers are all based on your average play.

But - I get them via email sometimes, regular mail sometimes. About a third of my offers show online.

Thanks for the replies. I did receive comps based on my craps play, at the end of my last trip, in early April, and I have reached out to my host who has made a decent offer for my next trip in July.
