Anyone know how the game comes up with the pay rate on free spins? It is definately not the same as the normal spins... Example: 80 Days betting 200/per every single payout is a multiple of 10 (10, 30, 100, 220 etc) but on free spins after completing the bonus they go all screwy (18, 144, 292). Also betting 200/per for 50-100 spins and jumping to 1000/per when you are near a bonus does not seem to bump you up to a high level for your free spins. Anyone know how it works?
The pay rate is based on the average bet size since the last time u complete the bonus round, so if you have switched bet sizes it will make screwy numbers. If you consistently bet the exact same amounth that will stop.
To further complicate the issues, how and when the averages are used varies from game to game. Some games with a consistent repeated free spin bonus will simply use the average bet amount since the last bonus. I've noticed some games however that don't use the pervious round average bet and either a) use the rate from round before last or b) do some kind of average that includes that last two rounds or more. This creates a problem when you want to increase bet amounts though because the free spin bonus which you expect to pay back some of your loss will lag behind in payback. FYI, In Lucky Birds all wild birds are valued based on the bet ammount you used on the spin that earned them. I believe the same is true for Bet the farm - each growth incriment is valued at the bet level when it occured and the spin bonus is also value based solely on the spin that triggered it.
Yeah, virtually every bonus game that requires multiple hits to play the bonus weights your line wagers.
