I just received this offer on my online TR account. All it says is:

    Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino
    Offer Code: 1CSXXXXXXXXX
    Valid 05/17/2013 - 07/16/2013
    WSOP 2013 PACKAGE

Any idea what this offer entails? I'm just a lowly platinum status (thanks to the CET credit card), so I doubt they would throw me anything as substantial as a free entry into the tourney. I called the RIO and they had no idea what the offer was. Thoughts??

So you are saying that when you call the Rio and give them the offer code they have no idea?

I got same offer talked to 3 different people at RIO and Total Rewards and they
Have no idea what the offer entails. Can't give me any info so far at all.
They did finally say they thought it was for discounted room rates but nobody
Could even tell me what the discount was.

That's right. The offer code is not in their system.

Is there a general Total Rewards customer service phone number, one where I don't have to talk to a specific hotel? 1-800-Caesars does me no good.

Usually if you get an offer in your online account without any details, it is a physical mailer that they're sending to you. Eventually you should get a flyer in the mail with details on the offer.

I received a reply from CET today:

"Thank you for contacting the Rio!

It is my pleasure to assist you with your offer inquiry. The email that you received is a notice of special rates available to you during specific dates. There should be a telephone number on the offer that you can call to make your reservation. If you can not locate the telephone number, please contact our Reservations Department at 800-777-1711, and an agent will be more than happy to assist you."

After I emailed them they promptly removed the offer from my online account. Go figure.

It may come back. They probably got a bunch of phone calls pointing out they screwed up.
