Looks like a pretty well thought out cooking school, not sure if it should best go in this forum, living in vegas, shows, etc so mods please move if needed!

Lunch is $25, dinner $35, could be a fun and educational way to enjoy a meal!

Isn't there also a culinary school up in Henderson that does similar for amateur cooks?

there is a cordon blue near the JW marriot that has a restaurant staffed by students.

food is excellent, service tries hard, price is hard to beat

I did the Stir Fry Flash course on Sunday. It's hands on; we learned knife skills; using a wok, and two recipes - ginger pork and mongolian beef. We ate and had plenty of leftovers. They offer iced tea and water; we had Cupcake 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon with the last course. While we ate the instructors prepared sweet & sour shrimp. We tasted that as well.

The Demos are not hands on; you just sit back, watch and then eat. Gourmet classes are longer and more involved. Good stuff, I'd return for another class.
