Hubby & I went to Horseshoe So In the other night to warm up for our trip to Mecca on Wednesday. Had some nice hits on the Hot, Hot Penny machines and finally went up to play the $1 Quick Hits (these are my 2 fav slots). Things were going well, was up due to hitting $20/$25 several times. Kind of in dream land thinking of our upcoming trip..it came to mind..."how nice a $1000 hit would help the bankroll"...well 2 spins later....IT HIT!! I just sat & starred as it rolled up the credits...YEAH - an extra $1000 in my "stash". Ready to go, ready to go.... :):)

Nice! An extra grand at the last minute - cant beat that.

I assume you'll be daydreaming next week about how a $1000 hit would really help out NEXT trip's "stash"...?

Is that the Horseshoe in New Albany? I like that one a lot. Good folks there.

    congrats! What a great surprise.
I am heading to LV in May. Was thinking of hitting the casino in Indiana before we leave. I'd be happy with half that!
    Have a great trip!

sybgal.....that's my home casino as well, and like you, I spend far too much time there! I was just there last night in fact and had a nice $500.00 win in blackjack. Have fun in in Vegas next week....I'm very envious .

Update...Update....went back to HSI today after IU pulled out the painful win...lol. Well, the luck continues, won about $600 but gave hubby $120 so this just adds to my "xtra" LV bankroll. YEAH!! We leave Wednesday morning and we are now counting the hours.... :):)

We go there all the time sybgal! A few years bakc we used to have a host there and stayed at least once a month. We dont tend to go as much now especially since we have Hoosier Park in our hometown, but we still get down there from time to time. Its a crap shoot down there really, ive had good nights and terrible ones as well. I still love it though, my favorite casino in Indiana for sure!
