I tried using a couple offers for Bellagio and Aria today for March Madness (Thurs-Sat) and was told by VIP services that they aren't accepting them for Thurs/Fri. Would speaking with a host help me out? If so, does anyone have contacts I can reach out to for this?
Guessing they are somewhat booked up. When they have PAYING customers, they are less likely to give out something to others. As to trying to call a host it would all depend on your theo. How much do you play? Level (no guarantee, just an idicator)? Express Comp Balance? Recent offers?
Play mostly blackjack 200-300 avg. Have 10k LOC. I've had hosts assigned in the past but typically use the offers I'm given.
It happens and they arent taking any more offers. Hosts can override this. It also can change from day to day also but for March Madness I doubt availability will open for offers and just contact a host to override it.
Will be trying that tomorrow. They basically said that rooms were available but blocked for those offers. Bellagio offered to comp the Sat.
Thanks for all the advice. I called Bellagio and was told that I had a host after asking to speak to one today. He gave me the offer I had out there.
