If your playing 80% slots and spend the same amount for the same number of days, who from milife, Golden Nugget 24 Karat Club or CET are going to give the better comped rooms or at least better offers?

"Best" probably depends on your definition of what "best" is.

Golden Nugget is overall pretty stingy with the comps, but some can be had there.

With Total Rewards its usually pretty easy to get 5-6 nights comped up front on a trip and you'll probably get a few invites to slot tournaments, but likely little else.

With MLife it can sometimes be almost impossible to get more than 3 nights comped up front with them, but they can be much more generous with the free play, food and beverage credit and show tickets.

So I guess it comes down to what you want or what you can get.

I am a slot player. I have played at all three. I have to say for me CET by a mile. CET gives me headliner show tickets, suites, free play, shopping, food, free cruise, touraments, jewelry, tablets, Airline tickets, Nascar tickets and golf, to name a few. Golden nugget gave me a discounted room and a limo ride. Mlife gives me 2 for 1 tickets, discounted rooms or free at the low end places week days only with $50 free play. I seem to know where I am valued most.

I am a Diamond at CET and Platinum MLife.
Cinamint is probably right for slot players.
I play tables and get more at MLife than CET.

I agree that CET does better than mlife for the same slot play unless you are a High Roller than mlife is better because the CET comps are lower quality. A suite or meal at a CET property is not as good as the ones at most MGM properties.

So it comes down to how big you play. Are you a high rolling slot player like trig? Then go to mlife. If you're low to average go with CET.

CET comps airfare for slot players? Would you consider yourself a high roller?

When it comes to Slots, CET is so much better.
With MLife you really should only play the older machines. With the newer machines you don't accumulate comps as much with MLife.
With CET all slots accumulate at the same rate.

With MLife if you are staying at MGM and gamble only at NYNY it hurts your comps.
With CET if you stay at Bally's and gamble only at PH it is viewed the same.

Our first 10 or so trips were with MLife properties, our last two and future trips will be with CET properties due to the comps.

Last trip, since we had heard on here how much easier it was to get comps from CET properties, we decide to give them far more play than usual on the slots, a move we regretted outside Rio as they sucked in money like a Dyson, we actually gave them more coin in than we did MGM props last trip. We have gotten ZILCH in offers from them outside a Laughlin offer which was laughable. The same trip has resulted in 3 comp nights at THEhotel, comp meal at our choice of Mandadaly Bay restaurant, we chose Aureole as well as FP, that is just what we are actually going to be able to use we also have 3 nights in a Luxury Suite at Luxor with FP and F&B comps and 2 comp at NYNY. MGM will continue to get our biz in other words.

Have you logged into your total rewards online account? They do not send offers via the mail as much. If you log into your account and look at the reservation calendar, you might see free rooms at the properties in Vegas.

Looking right now actually, still just the Laughlin flight package and it is not a comp from all I see, merely a reduced package rate which you have to call to get and worse only 4/20-4/24 and 5/26-5/30. Like I said sticking to MGM till I see something better come along and I haven't.

When was your last trip? Sometimes it takes a while. I did diamond in two days at Horseshoe Bossier City bout a month ago and now I am getting offers to a lot of places.

I get tons of offers but it seems to be the better deals for me are to check future dates while logged in. I can have offers that are average but be fully comped for the rooms during the same time by just checking reservations.

To be clear, you should not nly look at the My Offers page of your TR account. As many have said, you probably have many comped rooms and they will not be in offers, nor will you need an offer code. Simply, while you are logged in on their site, go directly to the reservations page, select your dates and they will be shown as comped in many cases, no offer needed.

Just to verify I had nothing being offered I as well checked NOLA, Reno/Tahoe and Tunica and nothing offered in the least during the next 4 months. I know folks do get some damn good comps from them, my best friends mom has been comped the full deal, airfare, room F&B for years at Harrahs and she is strictly slots, but I just have not seen a damn thing from them myself. I also did an exact date check, matching our next trip we are scheduled on and nothing at any property, don't know :confused2:

I don't think this is emphasized enough on the boards. IF you play strictly at one casinos MLife and CET can be fairly similiar. I still think CET has the edge mainly due to a lot of the newer slots getting discounted comps at MLife where everything is the same at CET.

If you like to spread your gambling around to multiple casinos though, CET is far far better. You may not get a lot of freeplay or direct offers, but no issue getting free rooms. MLife offers seem tied to single properties much more.

I'm only speaking as a person who gambles enough to get free rooms and not much else. Playing higher might help, but then you are dealing with a host who I've always assumed just wants you playing at their casino. CET really doesn't seem to care at least as far as free rooms. The only freeplay/table play offers I've received have been with trips that I gambled heavily at 1 property.

I guess i'm one of the few who gets comps (Sun.-Fri.) playing slots till infinity. CET has been good to me over the years with free rooms even though i'm a Gold card player. I already know what the calender presents all the way through March 2014. I never look at MY OFFERS because my offers are always comped. I do this by looking at all the CET properties at one time and comparing each hotel to one another. Usually 5 or 6 hotels will come up comped around the time i want to go. When i dine at TR properties and use my TR card, well, that's it, just show my ID and TR card and voila.
I am staying at 2 CET properties this year already comped and resort free. If you know what to look for and when to do it, well, CET all the way.

Many of these answers are of questionable value without knowing how much you play. It does vary by casino... and your play patterns.

I play a few hours a day and cycle $2000 through. $40 to $100 a hand. I typically get 5 free nights in Vegas, 2 nights in AC (including higher value Fridays) with CET. Sometimes special offers as well like 2 nights plus show tickets (Rio / Bally's / Flamingo) or 2 nights plus $40 (Quad).

MLife is not for me. Never get anything despite playing quite a bit.

Hooters is great. Up to 5 nights (including weekends), match / free play, special events, host comps when there, F&B credit (not this trip).

Riviera is excellent as well. 4 nights / match play / shows / coupons.

Tropicana is vague. Suddenly offers dropped off. I guess because the hotel is now Hilton.

Bill's is out of business but used to give pretty low rates for the best spot in the action.

Golden Nugget gave pretty low rates but nothing more really.

    Binions sends free play.
