I apologize if someone has asked this before but when exploring the strip what are things you feel you must see and or do?

I'm asking because my 1st trip to Vegas was spent mostly not on the strip like most Vegas Virgins do.

Just for more clarity the only hotels I really spent time inside/outside were MGM, Luxor, Excalibur, Bally's, Caesar's, Venetian, Casino Royale.

I'm looking for anything and everything that is your typical Vegas attraction.

Just got back from my 3rd trip .. for the first time did the NY NY Rollercoaster, saw the Bellagio fountains from the top of the Eiffel Tower .. I would HIGHLY recommend Terry Fator at the Mirage and Absinthe at Ceasars .. also, Comedy Club at Riviera was great!

i would say that going to the top of The STRAT at night is a must do. go at dusk, ideally. it's worth spending an hour. i wouldn't say the thrill rides are a must do, but if you're into that sort of thing....

with the ACG you can get 2-for-1 admission to the top of the tower... not valid on tower passes that include the thrill rides.

one place I really enjoy doing is to spend a couple of hours at the pinball hall of fame.

a couple of miles off the strip but easy to bus there if you don`t have a car.

I forgot to mention I did the Top of the Strat late afternoon before dusk. We wanted to hit the $20 happy hour from 5-9 they had

Also visited that biggest little gift shop place on the way there. Before we had hit Downtown.

Also spent waaaaaaay to much time at the Fashion Mall, not by choice.
