I am wondering if at Sage and Sensi in order to have the tasting menus does the entire table need to order the tasting menu.

I love Sage but want to order the chefs tasting menu with beer pairing this trip while meeting my parents in Las Vegas but know my mom wants to order off the regular menu. group of 3

Sensi will be a group of 7 for my aunts birthday and this is where she wanted to have dinner and again I would like to have the tasting menu with wine pairing.

Sensi is on a friday night and sage on a thursday if that would make any difference.

So does anyone have experience with this at either of these places. Thanks in advance.

We went to Sensi last June, and there was no problem with one member of our party ordering off the menu while the rest of us had the tasting menu. No experience with Sage.

We really enjoyed Sensi, BTW. Second time doing the tasting menu

I have been to Sage a few times, and they do not require that the whole table do the tasting menus.
