The Jazz Brunch at The Country Club in The Wynn is the best place I've ever eaten for a buffet/brunch. Live music and fabulous food. Not a huge choice like the main buffets but wonderful. $59 plus tax and you can book a table outside overlooking the golf course if you book early enough. I cannot praise this enough, it was the best part of my last trip.

    Only on a Sunday though.

+1 for Country Club @ Wynn
    Bellagio buffet
Think Border Grill @ Mandalay Bay has one, but have never been to it.

We did the Bally's Sterling Brunch last year for Easter and I hate to say it but it's TO DIE FOR and now because everyone is reading this the price is probably going UP.....we are arriving this year on Easter Sunday and it probably will be too rushed to get in and eat (for 3 hours) or we would do it again in a heart beat....if you like champagne....and rich foods like caviar, sushi, shusmi, lobster tails, king crap, oysters plus fillet mignon, roast lamb....the list goes on and on and on and on....and the deserts will roll your eyes back into your head (think SEX)....LOL........PLUS your own waiter.........how can you go wrong...

I really like Harrahs buffet if you go late morning you get the best of breakfast and lunch. If Sunday, I think they just do a brunch maybe.

Peppermill down past Wynn, beside the Riv, is amazing. More food than you will ever be able to eat and its very good too!

Hash House in the IP is really good as well!

Border Grill is amazing for brunch. Only happens on Saturdays and Sundays, I believe. We go every time we possibly can. Plus you can use a coupon from Restaurant.com.
