Acoluzzi, a fellow VMB user gave me a tip that the Trop has put their remaining stock of garden rooms back into inventory after a remodel was recently completed. As of writing this, these rooms are listed in Hilton's website for the Tropicana (as "Balcony"), but not on the Trop's website as of yet.

I'm happy these rooms are back in circulation, and plan to take advantage. Has anyone booked one of these rooms, or does anyone have specifics on how these rooms are furnished, remodeled, etc? It would be great to hear a review.

The only additional information I received over the phone is that Trop employees now refer to the rooms as "bungalows" and that they're fully remodeled in the style matching the rest of the hotel rooms.

Bungalows sounds more expensive than Gardens Rooms!

I wonder if they will be pet friendly, too, as the lower units have patios, no?

Midweek in April when I'm looking to go the room is $78 paid in advance but they have a $20 resort fee as well, grr.

Looks like they are priced in between the standard tower rooms, and the deluxe tower rooms. As I said, I will definitely be booking one of these in the future. Looking forward to seeing a review on one of these rooms.
