Forgive me if this has already been asked... Where is the best place to park downtown?
I will be staying on the strip and will have my car (driving in from Cali). I've never been downtown in the 3 times I've been to Vegas.

    I appreciate any tips.

    Thanks!

valet. Hands down. All the hotels will have it. If you feel you MUST park your own vehicle, I have used the lot across the street from MSS.

    But valet. Seriously.:peace:

Agreed, parking lot across from MSS is where we have parked in the past. Get validated by MSS and it is free.

el cortez has free parking also.
a few extra steps to the canopy but free is good and pretty easy to navigate.

Valet at Fremont is one of the best options. Just take a left into the parking a couple blocks after getting off the freeway. No worries about validating tickets, just a tip like any other place in Vegas.

They request a room key or player's card before entering the main garage at most peak times. The secondary lot would be impractical if you're there to visit the canopy. Fremont Hotel valet would be my vote, too.

I park at the Plaza parking ramp, pay the $ and get that reimbursed at the casino cage. Very EZ

I like valet at GN but Golden Gate is quick and painless if you can get in.
