Drunken Degenerate

 

I am more a grinder.

I will flat bet $5 forever and never double down lol. I won't play double odds. At least I used to play $1 slots and sometimes I still come upon $5 slots, but mostly I am back on the pennies grinding at 9, 15 or 20 cents per spin especially on the older slots.

If my trips were shorter, I would probably play $1 slots all day. On my day trips in AC, I could play $1 and $5 all day and throw in a spin on $25 and a few spins on $10. lol

 

Happily a member of that club... sadly a also member in the morning!

 

I like to grind it out. I will play 5$ on 3rd 12 all day just trying to stack it up.

I'm getting a little bit stuck on the definitions. A grinder, to my understanding, grinds away at lower denoms and lower odds and comes out even, or down slightly or up slightly. A degenerate to me is a chaser. I don't know if I'm getting these definitions right. Anyhow. I'd like to be an ultra low rolling grinder but I don't come up ahead or even often enough to be called a grinder. And I will chase my losses up to my personal session limit, which is really low. At least I walk away with my winnings, even if just $20.

 

When I win, I spend it trying to win more. If I lose, I try to drink enough goose to off set the loss. I think this makes me a drunk, degen, chaser vp whore. Just guessing.

That could be 2 minutes or 2 hours.

 

A grinder. I see this as a form of business. Risk management. Discipline. Advance when things are good and protect/retreat when things are not. Don't see this as hitting big and quick but a slow upward movement of equity/bank account.

 

Definitely a disciplined grinder .....
