Best Breakfast buffet?

I'm a big fan of breakfast buffets. What are some of the best ones in Vegas?

So far I've done breakfast at the buffets at The Mirage, MGM Grand, and Aria.

Out of the three MGM Grand was easily the best. The most variety and the tastiest food. I was shocked as I had never really heard anything about their buffet either way but it was so good.

Aria was easily the worst out of the three (this was just last week, so it was post-renovation). They hardly had any breakfast foods and what they did have was very "meh." I've eaten at the Aria buffet for breakfast and dinner and both meals were massive disappointments. I'm pretty much done with them.

 

Paris is both the standard answer and one I agree with.

Made-to-order crepe station and better baked goods selection is what pushes it over the top.

 

I thought the Paris buffet was really good for breakfast. I don't eat gluten anymore and there were still a lot of options for me. If I was still eating gluten I would have been in heaven with all those pastries. Some people say it's not as good as it used to be. I wouldn't know. But, we thought it was a really good breakfast buffet.

 

Main Street Station Is KILLER ... very good for 11 bucks

 

I'm gonna have to try Paris next time. Everyone always mentions that one.

Does anyone know if any of the strip buffets serve made to order pancakes?

 

$6.99 for breakfast M-F. Champagne brunch Sat & Sun for $10.99.

 

It's only on weekends but Verandah at Four Seasons hands down get's my vote, so far from the generic dishes and atmosphere of every other buffet in town it's well worth the few extra bucks it costs.

 

I'm taking note of Main Street Station for next time.

Would you put the MSS Sunday brunch up against the Rio Sunday brunch?

 

Jeez, if all you're going to do is eat pancakes, why not just go to Denny's?

Cause Denny's is gross.

Pancakes are an important part of any breakfast buffet for me, but not all that I am there for.

Mirage had lukewarm frozen pancakes that they clearly had heated up a couple hours earlier. MGM Grand had little pancakes that appeared to actually have been made in-house. And I can't even remember Aria's pancakes, cause that buffet was just totally forgettable.

 

Le Village buffet for breakfast is the only place my wife and I have gone to on every trip to Vegas. Considering it's only $2 or $3 more than buffets like Excalibur or Luxor, it's a good deal for the strip.

We usually go on our first morning in town, while we're still on Eastern time and up early. Later in the morning there can be quite a line to get in.

I also agree with the Main Street Station for weekends. Downtown I like the Golden Nugget buffet (especially with my 2-for-1 coupon in the American Casino Guide) which is small but the food is better-than-average and you get a view of the pool area.

 

I made the mistake of valeting the car at the four seasons and since I wasn't a hotel guest, the cost was $25. Who knew? Ouch! My girlfriend and I were already running late and had less than an hour before breakfast was over, so I had to bite the bullet. Had I known, I would've just walked from the Mandalay Bay valet. Their freshly made mini donuts were melt in your mouth delicious!

 

The pancakes are pre-made. Never asked for fresh ones and who knows maybe they will do it.

As others stated the Crepes are fresh and made to order and outstanding. Using the TotalRewards card the price is outstanding. Breakfast at other places have cost us more than the Paris buffet and we had less choices (but still a great breakfast....just cost more).

They also make fresh omelets to order and these are huge. I tend to ask them to make me one 1/2 the normal size.

 

The buffet at Harrah's is one of my Favorites. Soooo many different kinds of sausage Mmmm...
