Where are the hosts located in PH?

We would like to be able to ping a host to ask for a last minute show ticket or at the end of the trip we would like to see if anything above and beyond can be removed.

Since my host is rarely available, is off when we are there and/or takes a day or so to reply back to phone calls, I would like to be able to stop by the office where all the hosts are located to see if someone could address our needs.

Anyone know where in PH they are located?

 

Go to Diamond check in/out. There's usually a host on duty there.

 

Is that the place through the double doors by the regular check-in?

 

Yes. They do close that later in the night. I have come in and had to checkin at the front desk. They usually have just the host on duty at a desk at the side, inside all Diamond checkins.

Only VIP, or anyone who had a host set up the dates?

 

Anyone had any exerperience with the host Elizabeth T(won't post full last name.. don't know if it's allowed)

She is our new host who we've yet to meet, but set up everything for us as our old one left.

Any thoughts on her?
