Quick question, anyone know how long after a visit to The Orleans that hotel offers start showing up in the mail? I see offers online, but am hoping to get better offers mailed to me. Looking for May as thats our anniversary and we are planning to get away for a few days...

    Thanks in advance!

I was there in October and just received an offer last week that's good until April 30.

Ok...hopefully I will get one that's good in May. If you take them up on it, hope you do well!

If I may ask, what is the offer?

My experience with the O is the offers you receive online are the same ones you will receive snailmail. I've been staying/playing at the O since 2005.

Ok, thanks. One more question for now: If I booked with the rates I currently see on the B Connected site, and it changes to cheaper rates closer to our trip, will they honor the better prices or will I have to cancel and re-book?

I am so glad for the wealth of knowledge found from the members here....

I have called them and had the rate adjusted down before. It was easy.

If you are a B-connected holder, just call, they will know all offers you have right there and they will work with you to get you the best prices. It's easy.

My past experience is the offers including May and summer don't come out until March. I agree about "just call them". Its nice because you don't have to get transferred to a VIP or marketing department, the person that does reservations knows what you have. I get better prices calling than what I can get on the website. Their prices are so cheap, I usually end up staying a night or two beyond what they comp up front and pay it off at the end at checkout with points. Another short cut, don't have to bother with Player's Club or host, just do it at the front desk.
