Thanks for posting the link. The aerial classes look fun and pricing is reasonable. I'm adding this to my Vegas resource list.

    looks great

My wife and I really enjoy yoga and this is definitely something we are going to try when we go to Vegas this year. I love that there are so many things that you can only do in Vegas. Thanks for the link.

The only exercise I'll get in Vegas is walking and curling drink glasses. I lift 5 times a week and do cardio 3-5 times a week. If you exercise enough/a lot at home, give you body a break and enjoy the vacation.

For those who take more frequent vacations and are over 50 (like me), its good to continue being active throughout most of our vacations. Years ago when we went to Vegas only once/ year, we would use your approach and all was fine. Since we now take more frequent (3-4/yr) and longer trips each year (and are older) some restraint needs to be maintained or I pick up 5lbs over a trip. That's a lot considering I usually weigh 103-105. :)

If I have a car I'll try to get out to the Lifetime Fitness club in Summerlin. If not, I'll try and use the hotel gyms. Aria was the best one i've come across, very nice equipment (probably because its a new property)
