Receiving room offers at other locations with play from Las Vegas

I am making a trip to NoLa in match right after my Vegas trip in feb. if I give Cet a good amount of play while in Vegas would I be able to call up harrahs New Orleans and get free rooms ?

 

That has worked for me before using my play from Vegas to get comps in AC. Since I've gotten into playing VP, I don't generally play at the CET properties in Vegas any more. That said, just having a TR card may be worth at least a discount. If you log into TR you can check the rates right on their website.

 

The problem with Harrah's in NoLA is that it only has 450 rooms, so its normal rates are higher than Vegas.

So in order to actually get a free room at Harrah's proper, your play level has to be higher than it would be to get a room comp in Vegas. What Harrah's does is make comps or discounts available at other nearby hotels, which is a pain in the ass when you're used to just coming downstairs from your room into a casino.

The other hotels are listed in the room type dropdown in the availability calendar for Harrah's NoLA, so you can just log into Total Rewards and see what you can get, just like making a reservation for Vegas.

Harrahs in Atlantic city sends me offers for free flight and hotel to come out and see them. I have never been to AC. I work weekends though so I have never pulled the trigger. But the point is login and see if it is comped or call in and see what they will do.

 

It's possible. One thing to do is dig around online in your TR account. There is a way to set up your marketing preference. If you express interest in more markets than your local and Vegas, you will be more likely to get offers from around the country.
