    Caesars?
    Cosmo?
    Bellagio?

    And why?

We've done the Bellagio buffet every time we've been to vegas and loved it, but was thinking about trying something different this time.

I think the Cosmo buffet is great. I used to think the Bellagio buffet was the best, but now think the Cosmo buffet is number one. It isn't huge like the B's but the quality of the food blew me away. They had lots of inventive dishes that tasted fantastic.

This topic comes up a lot so you'll get lots of strong opinions.

Food Quality, COSMO over the Bellagio. I haven't been to the new Caesars yet so I can't comment on that. Right now Cosomo is my favorite Buffet in Vegas.

I had Cosmo as the best buffet in town until I hit Caesars in December last year. It is the best by far but the price when I went a couple weeks ago was cost prohibitive to me. It was a Sunday so they did that Champagne Brunch jack that they are all doing now. They wanted $41.99. After you throw in tax and tip I just don't think it's worth $50. When I was there after it opened in the first week of December it was about $45 for lunch for two of us.

Having said that, Cosmo Champagne Buffet is only about $5 cheaper than Caesars. Unless you plan to drink them out of their cheap champagne I would suggest a non champagne weekday.

Price aside, Caesars is the best.

I would be doing dinner either Wednesday or Thursday night. How does Caesars work with the 24 hour buffet?

Just last month I tried the Cosmo buffet for the first time. I used to say Wynn's was the best, followed by Bellagio, but Cosmo's Wicked Spoon is better. A beautiful space, creative entrees with lots of small plates to try, and the $23 brunch buffet was the only thing I needed to eat all day. I'm not even a hipster and I loved it.

Brunch sounds good....I'll be staying at cosmo, maybe I'll do brunch one day there and hit dinner at bellagio or caesars another night. Thanks for all the opinions.

    Wynn! :Þ

Out of your choices I'd choose Cosmo first. Then Caesars. Then Bellagio.

    All are great though.

I know Wynn is awesome too, I just don't think I'll make it down there. I'm not a huge seafood eater, but enjoy crab legs, will they all have them for dinner?

My vote would also go for Cosmo.. But I have not tried Ceasars new buffet. I loved the individual portions, the salad options were great, the home made Mac and Cheese to order (I added Roasted Tomatoes and Proscuitto with mine.. YUMMO).. and the Gelato was AMAZING. I have read about Aria's new buffett... which looks unique. If you have 4 at your table you can order some items "Family Style" and they chefs will make a bowl for your table.. That sound interesting. Good luck and let us know what you choose.

I find seafood in las Vegas is lower quality. Large quantities for buffets and being in the desert isn't a good combination. Granted crab legs are coming from Alaska for the most part and have shorter trip than out to see me in south Carolina, but shrimp, crab, and lobster all taste better out here T a joes crab shack or red lobster than at the better buffets in Vegas.

If you like Mac n Cheese try it in First Food and Bar in Pallazzo. Best Mac n Cheese I have ever had.
