CET calendar shows COMP but lists price on next page

So Im looking at the CET calendar and trying to book a room at Caesars. It shows COMP for the 4 days I want to stay. When I click the date I wanted I selected to stay 4 nights "Partially Comped", then clicked "Select Room". Then on the next page it says:

Sun: COMP
Mon: COMP
Tue: $107
Wed: $107

Why is the calendar showing me comped but its trying to charge me? I also just selected a 2 night stay for the Tue-Wed just to see what it would say and it still says $107 even though it should be comped. Any ideas whats going on?

 

It's not comped if they are charging you for it

 

I have encountered this before also. I think its the CET way of saying "discounted"

 

It happens when you've exceeded some magic number of comp'd days you are eligible for. I've seen this before. As an example, I may book 3 nights of "COMP" days and get the whole trip comped. But if I change it to 4 nights, suddenly they aren't all comped anymore. I'd try changing your # of nights, starting day, etc, to play around with it and see where you can get the best deal.

 

Maybe that's why on one page it says "partially comped". Oh well, wanted to try Caesars but I can get all 4 nights comped at PH so i'll just stay there again.

 

It is saying that those dates are partially comped, right?

And, those specific days are not. I am guessing there is something going on and they are close to full, hence no comp rooms. They are not about to give away rooms if somebody else will pay for them.

If we knew the dates, we could help with that.
