On the TR site, it says one of the benefits of being diamond is you have access to the VIP Reservations Hotline for hotel reservations. Does anyone know what number you call? Is it specific to each hotel?

I had the same questions so I emailed TR via the contact info on the website. They emailed me the same 800 number that is on the website. However, when I went to book an offer I had a couple of weeks ago I called the 800 number and was transferred to a VIP reservation.

BTW - I asked them where the call center was located and was told it's at Bally's Las Vegas - no, it doesn't answer the question but I thought it was interesting the call center was on the strip.

You sure they didnt say Bali, not Ballys? I would be surprised if valuable space on the Strip is used for a call center.

I don't know if they are in Bally's. I've heard TX before. All I know for sure that they are in the US>

The agent I spoke to last August also said the call center was in Ballys. FWIW

There is a phone number on the back of your diamond card
    877-7-PLAYER

It usually gets me to VIP. If I call the 800- Caesars number they usually have to transfer me when we start discussing what I need.
