I logged into my BConnected and looked under my offers. I have been getting offers for 2 nights on a monthly basis since at least September. Last week I got an offer for 2 nights in March at the Cal with Fridays and Saturdays as blackout dates. So I booked it for the Wednesday and Thursday of March Madness. In the fine print it said something to the effect "must present" mailer. I have not gotten the March mailer yet, but do have my December, January, and February mailers.

Anyway, now that I booked, the March "offer" is no longer in my offers in BConnected online. I still have offers for December, January and February.

    1) Shouldn't I still see the March offer in my "offers" section?

    2) Was it sent by mistake? What I am afraid of is that I wont get the actual March "mailer" and thus my reservations wont be honored

    3) Are the 2 night offers valid once use a month? I thought I read something about 72 hrs between use or something

    4) Am I just being paranoid?

I am just speaking from my experience but the one time I booked online an offer for Gold Coast it then took it off my offers list because even though I hadn't gone yet I "redeemed" it.

so you aren't worried just call them and let them know you wanted to just double check your reservation to make sure you did it right. Then once you confirm just say since I did it online do I need to bring anything with when I check in?

You do not need to bring the mailer as long as the offer is in your account, but I see your dilemma.

As suggested, I would call the Player's Club at The Cal.

And btw, the March mailers haven't gone out yet.

The offers on-line do drop off once you've made a reservation under a specific offer. I'm guessing the mailer is in the mail. I get an email notice and see an offer on-line before the mailer actually arrives.

I've arrived in Vegas with my mailer sitting on the counter at home, I still received everything that was in the offer.

It's my understanding that they hold pretty tight to the time between stays where an offer can't be used.

You should be good to go.

The actual mailer copy of your offer always comes later than when it is in your online account listing. And, as what was said above, the moment you book that offer, it is then taken down from your online account.

Anyway, whenever I have presented the mailer room offer at check-in, they always tell me that they don't need it ... as they can see your offer right in their own computer. However, if there is a food coupon, or a free-play coupon in your mailer, you DO have to present those for redemption.

Unless an offer specifically states that it's good multiple times, it disappears right after being redeemed. From that point, changes in dates, type of room, etc. will have to be done over the phone. That's never been a problem, however, and we do it all the time.

In case you don't know, you can go to TOOLS/MY RESERVATIONS on the BConnected page and see all your current reservations in one place – couldn't be easier! Likewise, you can go to Site Map to View/Cancel your reservation on any of their casino webpages.

Yeah, they pretty much stick with an offer's fine print, but do occasionally make exceptions. Once, when I missed out on an offer at Sam's Town (they evidently only have so many rooms to give away), I was offered a comped room anyway when I called to inquire why I couldn't book on-line. It's always worth a try.

If by "free play" coupon, you mean "Slot Dollars", you still don't need the mailer.

We booked a last minute trip in Nov and I had already thrown away the Nov mailer "knowing" we wouldn't be going:evillaugh but no problem redeeming the Slot Dollar offer w/o it.

Our food is comped, so on that I can't say either way.
