Jenni Rivera is dead

I was walking down the Strip this morning and there is a star for her on the walkway in front of Planet Hollywood. There were bouquets of flowers and candles. I started crying. I never heard of her but I was so touched. She died in a plane crash.

There were a lot of bouquets from Hooters. I have no idea way. I googled her and she is really young and pretty. I think sometimes you just need to cry. And, I am.

 

I saw the blurb on TMZ the other day...who is she??

 

i do not know who she is either, but she reminds me of john denver.

 

Why, she had a fuel tank buried on her property?

 

She is a popular Mexican singer...she was huge in Mexico. I listened to her because of my mom and my aunt. So sad, I feel bad for her children, it's not easy losing a parent.

 

I heard about this as well the other day. NEVER heard of this gal or any of her songs. I know i am TOTALLY out of the loop with the new stuff musically but again never heard of her.

 

She isn't "new" to the music scene (she's been recording for years probably like 15 or 20?) and you wouldn't have heard of her or her music unless you listen to "nortena" or "banda" music; she was mainly popular in Latin American countries and with many Mexican Americans.

 

She sold over 15,000,000 albums.

 

I would say her life story will be a Hollywood film within 2-3 years.
