Has anyone had a really good experience in a particular restaurant in which their gluten free needs were taken care of without feeling like a "pain"?

    Hi Steph,

Yesterday I stumbled accross a menu, when browsing the internet for ideas to eat and stay in Vegas (and searching for steak au poivre, tnx to ken2v lol), and it had a special section for gluten free meals, if I'm not mistaken. I think it was Mon Ami. Will check it out quickly...

Yea it was Mon Ami. This is the website: http://www.monamigabi.com/

You can download the menu (PDF): "Gluten Free - A variety of signature French dishes, prepared gluten free"

I don't have the experience, but Mon Ami is one of the better restaurants on the Strip (at the Paris), so I guess you can't go wrong there!

You have to be the guinea pig lol

I am not gluten free but did notice at RM Seafood they had several dishes which were gluten free, several used Quinoa in place of rice or other starch for example. Might give them a try.
