New show opening at PLAZA

The Grand Ole Vegas Revue would like to formally announce that we'll be playing the Plaza Hotel and Casino Showroom in downtown Las Vegas! Shows will be at 5pm, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday! Soft opening will be on November 3rd, invited press opening to follow shortly. Come downtown and let us make you smile!

That sounds terrible.

And they thought my Maury idea was dumb.

i think they should have matinee shows in vegas with old school mucsicals like Music man.

Nothing big or spectacular, sort of like community college production levels.

They could also try out some musicals for stagung, timing and the like.

Music Man, Grease, Cabaret, that sort would be a fun way to spend some time.

 

So Sam...what can you tell us about this Show?
'playing the hotel and casino'...?
Is it even in the showroom or does it just wonder
around the casino?

 

I don't know much, although the FB page shows a video clip of them rehearsing in the PLAZA showroom, so that's a clue....

 

"Starting with a pre-show singalong"
"kids under 3 free with purchase of adult ticket."

Those are 2 phrases that will keep me away . . . .I wonder how long this show will last? If you read the description on Facebook; it doesn't sound too promising.

 

Hmm. Bite is relocating there from the Stratosphere also. At least they keep trying I guess....

 

I've seen no announcement regarding this. Where did you hear of it?

 

I saw that too. Can't remember where. LV Weekly maybe?

 

Yeah, BITE is moving to the Plaza but.................
it won't be any better there than at The STRAT ! lol.
