At 5:18 a.m. on the morning Laurie Tsao was arrested, Caesars Palace night shift security supervisor Clint Makeley and two guards approached Tsao at a table and asked for her identification. When she said she had none, she was handcuffed and led to a holding room, the basis of her defamation of character claim, after she had asked to leave the casino and was turned down.

I know this is nitpicking, but I would think a Las Vegas journalist would not use the word unfair, as in "tactics such as card counting to gain an unfair advantage".

Are there actually blackjack games at Caesars that still have rules that are an advantage to counters?

the word "unfair" is straight from the casinos' mouth. that's how they spin it to keep from looking like the bad guy. counting isn't keeping the game fair for everyone, so that's why they don't allow it.
