I learned a valuable lesson last night. Never bet on a team down 3-0 in a best of seven series. New York quit.

I am confident that I will have a winning MLB postseason record.

The Cardinals crush left handed pitchers. They rank 3rd in OPS (on base percentage plus slugging) in baseball against left handed pitchers.

Lance Lynn struggles against left handed hitters allowing a 1.72 WHIP. The Giants have 5 left handed hitters in their lineup.

I am going against the public on this wager. That can be a good thing.

i think it was a good break just to get a push out of that one!

 

Ok. I can see that argument. 4 unearned runs.

I was looking at it like this.

Cardinals had 2nd and 3rd, no one out in either 2nd or 3rd inning. No runs.
Cardinals lead off double in 4th. No runs.

Should have had the Tigers win in game two when Sanchez dominated. Tigers score 0 runs in first five innings.
I am even on breaks.
