We have never been to a concert at the MGM Garden Arena. I have always wanted to see Barbra in concert (57 years old and have always liked her).

Could you tell me what section would be good to purchase tickets for her concert?

The floor tickets are a bit out of my range (besides I am short and if I get a tall person in front of me or if people stand, I am kind of out of luck). But anything else, I think I could do.

Pros, Cons would be greatly appreciated.

I would probably buy them right from the MGM.

Thank you in advance for your insight.

first of all the concert is Nov 2. floor seats are overrated unless you are right in the front. otherwise it's much better to be about 4-6 rows up on the side sections close to the stage. sections 14-17 are ideal.

but AFAIK the good tickets are already sold out and have been for a long time.

    Oops sorry - Nov. 2nd.

Is there a box office number at MGM that I can call and order tickets right from them or do I have to do it through Ticket Master?

I'd never been in there either til my last trip...saw Neil Diamond.
I chose a seat on the side, almost mid room, half way up, looking
right at the stage and it worked great.
Any seat on the floor will have you standing all night even if you
don't care to...everyone else is and to see, you need to also.

Look at the MGM ARENA seating chart. Pick a section and row and
call the box office to book.
MGM: 1.800.929.1111 ask for the box office.

I'm surprised she isn't at the Colosseum which is the far better venue.
The Arena is a bit 'boomy' sound wise and the seats are terrible...hard,
    very uncomfortable and small.

I was very surprised the Diamond Show shounded ad good as it did...
I did leave early however. There's only so much of that guy that I can take.
It was a good test however for future events but...there's MUCH better
    venues around town for music/concerts.

No, in Orlando it's table 4, at the JOINT it's table 6.
Babs will be at my Orlando table...
Guest list hasn't been announced for the JOINT table and...
    I'm so full of it I can't stand myself....sorry I didn't see any
dates and just 'assumed' (andyesitdoes) it was a Feb. date.
