Hahaha my boss just called me "Jenny Vegas" because of my upcoming trip....I thought, that has quite a good ring to it! I think that will be my Vegas name.

Do you have a Vegas name? What is it or what would it be?

Everywhere I go they always call me mister (my last name). It was weird at first but it's become comfortable. The fact that they know my name before I show up is kind of nice.

I went to vegas few years back and made some of thise name tags like you get at a convention.

my vegas name was Harry Wiener. i had seen the name on the news and just thought it was the funniest thing I had ever seen.

So i wore the nametag around all day and people were snickering and thought it was funny, didnt know if they should laugh in my face or not, it was great.

so i was at the carnival court and stuck the tag to a railing there. i saw a couple walk up and they were laughing like crazy at the tag.

next thing you know they walked past me and the guy was wearing the name tag and was the new Harry Weiner.

I am still laughing about this years later.

    Dick Magnum.

This started several years ago. I had decided to go see the Adult Industry convention that was in town the same time as my convention.

I got in line to get an autograph from one of the porn stars. I had no idea who she was. I just wanted her to ask my name to sign the autograph. She had her head down asking and signing. I got up to her and she asks, "What's your name?" "Dick Magnum." She stops all of a sudden and slowly looks up at me. A slight grin crosses her face and she says, "That's pretty good."

I went to a big party at the catering convention that I was attending. They had this interactive screen, from the Jim Henson company, with a cartoon devil talking to people as they waited in line for a haunted house attraction. The devil finally gets to me and asks my name. "Dick Magnum". The devil immediately asks, "Are you here for the porn convention?" We had a little back and forth.

The next day I was walking around the convention floor looking at all the vendor's booths. I hear someone shout behind me, "Hey look! It's Dick Magnum!" It was the guys in the Jim Henson company booth. They were selling the idea of renting them for parties. The way the interactive screen works is there is one actor hooked up to these sensors. When he moves, the on screen cartoon character moves. But it takes a couple of guys in the monitor booth to help him. All three of them recognized me and were laughing about our exchange the night before.

I have used the name several times. I usually introduce myself like James Bond.
    "Magnum. Dick Magnum."

    Old school strong.

I have always wanted them to do a series of commercials during the Super Bowl that bring back some of the characters. The good doctor, the wassup guys, etc.

LOL! That reminds me of a funny story: A group of us went to a local Hotel bar to unwind after a football game, and the bar was full of swingers. They all had name tags on and were having a lot of fun watching the shock on our faces as we realized what we just got in to. But two in our group decided to join them (just by wearing name tags, not swinging) They named themselves Phil McGroin and Anita Dick!!!:kill:
