Pools in October

    we are staying at the flamingo or paris oct 21-25, are the pools going to be open then. :beer:

    It depends what you mean by "open."

    Will they be accesible? Yes. Will they be heated? Maybe.

    If the status of the pools is important to your decision-making process, you may want to call the hotels and confirm.

    It all depends on the weather. We were in Vegas last year over the weekend of Oct 21. It was hot and the pools were open.

    I am hoping that they are still open for our upcoming trip. But its a crap shoot (drum roll please)

    The sign at the Flamingo pool says it is open weather dependant thru October.

    That late in Oct., the real question will be if it's pool weather. From my experience in trying Oct trips, it's doubtful. Mid 70's in the desert is too cool for pooling it...at least to me.

    Different property but last year i was at PH for thanksgiving week and the pool was open, i went thereto read almost everyday , never seen more than 8-10 person per day, no service no employees except for lifeguard

    We stayed at Encore last year 12/26 - 12/30 and people were out there swimming each day.
