So I've been shopping in the TR Marketplace to increase my RC balance before my trip in January..I'm hoping to earn enough for a breakfast or two..

Anyway, I usually order from my usual stores which over the standard 1 RC per $1, but in September I shopped on 2 different times from the Shoebuy.com site which was advertising 19xs the credits on any purchase during the month of September..

I havent received my "credits" for those purchases - 1st one was in the beginning of the month and the 2nd towards the end - but I haven't had an issue in earning credits on other purchases, so I wasnt sure if these were taking longer b/c they were "bonus credits" or what??

Anyone else been buying thru the Marketplace and received bonus points for a purchase?

I know it says that it can take 45 days to get the credits added to my account, but its never taken that long in the past..

    thanks!

The few times I visited there, I found the stuff overpriced. Does not seem to make mathmatical/financial sense to buy stuff there vs. Amazon.

Maybe I was not looking hard enough.

well, you use the Marketplace as a portal to access the online websites for specific companies..

Like I would go log into my TR account, go into the Marketplace and then find the link for OldNavy, and then click it, and it takes me to the real OldNavy website - I make my purchase and the for every $1 I spend on Old Navy merchandise I then get 1 RC credited to my TR account..

its just another way to earn RCs without stepping foot into a casino...

Your right........it does take a "bit" longer but YOU WILL GET THE POINTS as promised.....and your also right about using it as a portal to get to where you want to shop.....say amount either way so you're NOT paying extra.....if you need it and can get it through RC then it's a WIN WIN.......

If you haven't purchased from that merchant before, it also may vary for credit time just by the merchant. If it was a big promo for them, they may also be holding the credits for a defined time-period to prevent a lot of returns.
