I'm looking for the Name & Email of a Host both at Caesars and at Monte Carlo that someone might recommend.

I'm not sure if I'm at a level where a Host would be willing to assist me but I'm at the point where it’s possible and I'd like to ask. I'm not trying to get a suite or anything, but would like to see if maybe a Caesars host can get me the one day adjacent to the 3 comp nights I've already got booked.

As for Monte Carlo: MGM used to be our home casino and really our primary Vegas place but an extended absence combined with the current MLife schizophrenia have made our offers kinda squirrely. Our experience with Monte Carlo in the last few trips has mostly given us warm fuzzys plus not being as high-tiered as Bellagio I thought I might have better comp luck there. I'd like to see if maybe going through a host might get us some consistency.

Email would be best since they have time to check my play, don't have to react right away and can more easily ignore me or just politely say they can't do anything if I don't quite warrant it [ YET ;) ].

    Thanks in advance!

I've been trying to find a good host at Monte Carlo.

Most of them do not respond to emails or are flaky. If anyone has a good host at Monte Carlo please let me know.

Mitkraft, I am using a host for the first time next week at Caesars. Will let you know how it goes. I will give you a recomendation if I feel she warrants one. I would not want to recommend her without using her services first.

Catherine heng at Monte Carlo comped me upfront for super bowl weekend for 4 nights and has been very responsive to my email so far with maybe 45 minutes of tatal lifetime play at Monte Carlo ever based on 25-50 bet pai gow and blackjack play with some slot play and vpplay thrown in at other MGM properties. I can't say how she will be long term but I am happy with her prompt responses so far.

I would recommend Kurt Zeppenfeld at Monte Carlo. I emailed him with my mlife number and received a call the next day. So I was impressed with him getting back to me so quick. I've heard of other people emailing host and never getting even an email back.

re: Caesars. If you have not already heard from one of their telemarketing host types, you probably will not. Assuming you booked your stay off the CALENDAR and not an offer, I would do this- call into their reservations number and ask for an extra day.

Also, check their rate calendar and see what the going prices are... and maybe change your free nights to the more expensive ones.

As to Monte Carlo - you could just call into VIP services and see what they can do for you. Are you getting any offers from them, or did you in the past
