How to create a hyper link to a Youtube video?

Each time I create a hyper link and save my post the URL to YouTube is removed.
What is the secret to preventing the URL from being modified?

When you are in YouTube, just don't copy address from the address bar. Underneath the video, you should see button that says Share. Click on that and copy that url. Then insert that into a post. I just tried it and it worked okay for me as you can see.

Thats the YouTube ID for the video.

When you are making a post on here you will see the textarea box where you type, above that are the editor controls (unless you are doing a quick reply, then you don't see the full editor controls)

On the right of the editor controls is a You Tube button, click that and then paste your You Tube ID between the two YOUTUBE tags. You will instead end up with:


[YOUTUBE]BPCjC543llU[/YOUTUBE]
