We really liked the Mesa Grill and would like to try others in the same range.

Not buffets, not Cheesecake Factory or Margarittaville. Something a step above that but not $100 a person either.

    Thanks!

I always liked Postrio at the Venetian.

Bouchon, Mon Ami Gabi, Emeri's N.O. Fish House, Sea Blue, Aqua Knox, Otto Enoteca are some of my suggestions

We tried Seablue in December and loved it also. I heard it was closing as well.

Thank you all for the suggestions. Keep them coming.

I was a big fan of Seablue. Since that has closed, I'll recommend American Fish at Aria. Comme Ca and D.O.C.G at Cosmo are good too. I also enjoyed Allegro at Wynn. Oh, and Nobhill that's always a solid choice.

Seablue was my favorite vegas eatery. Since it closed, Julian Serrano has taken its place. Although I want to try the Mina restuarant at Bellagio

Border Grill! You'd probably like it if you like Mesa Grill.

I also second Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, yum!
