Does anyone know the table limits for the single zero roulette wheel at the Monte Carlo? Or where any others are and the limits on those wheels.
I played several years ago at the MC high limit room single zero and the minimum was $100 per spin. I don't think they even have a wheel in that room anymore. You can play single zero at Aria or Bellagio for $100 per spin. There's a single zero wheel at Mandalay Bay as well, but can't remember the minimum. It's probably in my trip report from June. good luck!
I'm 99% sure the single-zero wheel @ Monte Carlo had a $25 minimum when I was in there in May - not sure what the max is - it did not apper to be open, though. Bellagio & Aria both have single-zero wheels in their HL rooms and out on the main floor - at least I think they also still have them on the main floor. Usually the mins are $100 in HL. Wynn has two in the HL room off the Tower suites lobby, min usually $100 on both. Palazzo also has a single-zero wheel with a $100 min in their HL room and may also have one on the main floor, too. I'm sure there's more elsewher, but those are the only ones I've personally seen or played on in the last year or so.
I've seen one at The Mirage and heard that there is at least one at Paris. Not sure the min. bets or max bets either. But, the one at Mirage was alongside the standard tables, not high limit area.
There is not a single 0 table open in Paris. They are, however, regularly open at: 1. MB 2. Aria 3. Bellagio 4. Caesars 5. Mirage 6. MGM 7. Wynn/Encore
A few months ago M had a low minimum table. I called and a fellow said it was $5, but I suspect that it is generally $10. Riviera had one. Someone mentioned it might be gone. That was a low minimum as well. Perhaps $10. I'd call if you are interested and ask as these things change.
Palazzo They have a single zero table on the floor at Palazzo. I just returned from a 4 day trip. During the day, its a $25 minimum per spin - so you can play $5 chips. At night, its a $100/spin - but they still let me play with $5 chips. BTW - I played big - hours per day in the salon at a $200 BJ table or $100 roulette ($25 chips ~ $200/roll). I was there for a conference, so I had booked my room on line (deal room for the conf). The host they assigned mewould not comp my room. Picked up meals, and would not comp my cabanna at the pool. - cheap bastards. Ill NEVER go there again. I left the Venetian in 2008 because the went cheap on the comps, but now its even worse.
I don't remember ever seeing the limit on the two in the Wynn side HL room below $100, even mornings midweek.
Thanks Jilly....that makse sense if I'd have stopped to think about it since theirs is in the HL room.
I wouldn't expect single-zero tables to be lower than $100 at Wynncore, as regular roulette tables are usually $25+ already. Monte Carlo -- I was playing Mini-Bacc in what I think was the High-LImit Lounge (off to the side, had its own bar area and such, as I recall) for $25, and I believe I saw an unpopulated single-zero table with a $50 sign on it. I've always wanted to try single-zero, but $100 limits is just too rich for my blood. If I could find a $25 table I'd give it a go.
