Ping Pang Pong at the Gold Coast is most often mentioned as the best moderately priced Chinese food in the Vegas area.

Ping Pang Pong at Gold Coast is excellent, and reasonably priced. Best dim sum in Las Vegas. Not a buffet. Very late hours....check Gold Coast website for specifics.

Some people swear by P.F. Chang's at Planet Hollywood.

I know that this is not Chinese, but I really enjoyed Le Thai on East Fremont (downtown).

Oddly enough, the coffee shop at Bill's (next to Flamingo) has very good Chinese.

I agree, we always make it a point to go to Ping Pang Pong. They do close for a short time during afternoon. I believe it is from 3pm to 5pm, then reopen. Great food, reasonably priced.

This is true. They revamped the menu and there are fewer offerings, but still it is quite good.

Yes! Noodle Exchange! Forgot that one. Had fun eating at the counter and watching them prepare food. Modest prices.

I don't know your definition of expensive. But I enjoyed Dragon Noodle at the Monte Carlo. I think it was about $60 for dinner for two. Stupid name, good food.

I really enjoy Dragon Noodle @ Monte Carlo. During the week, you can get a lunch special for $9.95 that is an awesome deal! I have tried a few different dishes on the lunch menu and they are all worth ordering again. Everything tastes very fresh and authentic.
