Car rental under age 25?

Has anyone under 25 rented a car in Vegas? We are staying at Palms Place and are now thinking it would be cheaper to rent a car? Thanks in advance

 

how old are you? most places will let you rent at 21 for a higher fee. just search for the cheapest prices and when you find what you want, check their website on under 25 rentals.

 

I use Enterprise all the time for work and have a coworker that is under 25 and she has to pay $15 extra a day. Since our corporate rate is $32/day, this in my mind is bit of a rip off but then she has a job and can rent cars so it is all relative. Since it looks like you are coming from overseas, do take into account any insurance you might need to purchase which could jack up the costs further. Also don't forget that renting at airport adds tons of taxes, and fees.

 

We are both 23. We have shuttle services to and from the airport so we were thinking of maybe renting a car for one day to visit the Hoover dam. Thanks for the replies.
