Now that Bradley Ogden is gone...

I will be in Vegas in Sept. and was sad to see he closed down. I loved their burgers, I went there everytime in Vegas and thought this was the best burger I have ever eaten. I have tried a lot of the burger places out there and know there are some new ones that I haven't tried. It seems like they all fail in one way or another and the burgers truly aren't that great. I am looking for a replacement, BUT I want to hear from those people that have eaten the Ogden burger, enjoyed it, and if you found something better out in Vegas.

Try Old Homestead they have a very tasty burger! Right around corner from where BO was.

 

Just curious....how much did a B.O. burger cost ?

 

Not to be sarcastic, I wouldnt know. But it was probably waay overpriced.

Burger Bar is delicious

 

I really enjoyed Holstiens at Cosmo. I've also heard good things about Burger Bar and BLT Burger. Just haven't made it there yet!

 

I've also been to Holstein's at Cosmo and thought it was great. They also have a great beer selection! I remember liking BLT a lot.

I have eaten at burger bar and BLT, the burger at Ogden blew them away. I will be as cosmo so might try that burger place out, just sad to see that burger gone

 

I'm going to miss the fish and chips. They were awesome and part of that $20 meal special too.

 

My wife loved those too but this trip she said she was getting the burger... Go figure lol.

 

I only went to Bradley Ogden once and had a steak, which was very good. I never tried the burger and now regret it.

 

That burger was on my LIST... DARN!!

I've made a couple of Vegas trips into BURGER QUESTS. My favorite to date has been at the Mesa Grill (Mesa Burger - w/horseradish mustard and vidalia onions)... RARE, of course!

BLT, Holsteins, Mon Ami Gabi, were all second tier compared to the Mesa Burger!

Try Holsteins or Bachi Burger.

Burger Bar is not great. You're paying a lot for something less than stellar. I love Hubert Keller, but I have a feeling he neglects his Vegas ventures. Ever since Fleur de Lys closed, Burger Bar has been going downhill. Fleur doesn't quite hit the mark either.

Went there again yesterday looking forward to a great burger. Talk about a fall from grace - this went from my #1 Vegas burger to one that I won't bother with again. I had only been there once before and it was perfect, which makes the dry burger I received that much more depressing. I always order my burgers rare. What I got back was almost beyond medium and although a little bit of charred surface can add flavor, when it's too much, it can (as was the case here) taste BURNT. My son ordered one as well on my reccommendation, sad to say...

While this may be a rare event for this place to screw this burger up - all that I know is that half of the times I went there, it was REALLY bad. I am not going to give it a chance to become 2/3 of the time...
