This website is down more than it is up. It is amazing that a company the size of MGM Resorts has a website that is down so much. If anyone at MGM IT department still has a job it is an extreme travesty. I mean come on I have been there 4 times in last two days 3 times it was down and 4th got signed in and it was down before I was there for 5 minutes.

I don't think there has been an aspect of Mlife that I've been happy with (website included). Hopefully you can at least get logged in. Even the password resets don't work for me. :grrr:

Lack of I.T. being a Priority at MGM.

As I have stated before, they have holes in their I.T. Programming like swiss cheeze.

(previous post on this same Issue-why MGM offers Suck?)
Checked a few months ago, had tons of Openings in I.T. including VP of I.T. , the lead programmer & Player Dev, coders, Database admins. etc...

You can get people to do almost anything, but the key is you have to pay for those skills, and from the Clunky player/web-development,
there not paying for top Hands at coding at MGM, It more resembles a high school H.T.M.L. (HyperText Markup Language) webpage.

Checked today, there are at least 15 I.T. Full Time Openings at MGM.

This leads to less MGM visits, that produces less revenue for the resorts.

Bottom line, when you the casino patron checks your offers, they suck.

Look for yourself: Under Information Technology.
