Not sure, but I remember asking the Bellagio about if they had Sam Adams Octoberfest, and they said you could call and request it in advance.

I know that Aria serves Sierra Nevada Pale Ale on their floor and in their poker room. One of the better options on-strip, while gaming...

If you are into imports, I suggest you try the Burger Bar in the walkway between Mandalay Bay and Luxor.

Pour 24 in NYNY and Holsteins at the Cosmo also have decent beer selections as well.

The best I could find in Bellagio poker room was Sam Adams lager or ale, forget which. But I always ask and order what I think is the best.

If you're playing at least $100/hand [and are talking BJ, not poker - I'm not entirely sure what game you meant] but for BJ, at Bellagio play in the Club Prive, at Aria the Carta Privada - at least when the minimums are only $100 & there are open tables - I'm not a beer drinker, but both have excellent Scotch & wine selections, so I'd imagine they'd also have a good choice of beers as well - and if you're playing in either of those rooms, they'll give you pretty much anything you want [even if they don't have it right there at that bar, if they have it anywhere on property, they will usually seek it out & find it for you] without a fuss as long as you're playing in there [or really, in any HL room - which at $100+/hand, you should be able to play in at least some of the time, as long as it's not a particularly busy night where the limits are higher than normal & a lot of tables are reserved]. Not to mention, the drink service is always better in HL - and they don't even blink at "top shelf" drink requests - so if you can afford the minimum, it's always worthwhile to play in there over the main floor if only for that reason alone. The rules in there are usually best in the house, too.

If you are playing Pai Gow or Pai Gow Poker, you will be on the casino floor. You can have whatever the CW has available, which is unlikely to include a range of imported German beers.

Did you have a specific beer in mind? If it is regularly served in US, you may have a chance. Otherwise it will be the usual suspects. I like Sierra Nevada at Bellagio but probably not what you are looking for.
