I have been going to the Beau in Biloxi the past few years. They have a small non smoking slot area but no non smoking table games. I am going to the Mirage in a few months, do they have any NS areas? It isn't a huge problem for me since I find most smokers are courteous but some are oblivious to those who may not want it wafting in there faces. If I have a choice I'd go for NS. TIA for the info.

I'm sure there is a casino with a non-smoking area in Vegas, but I can't think of where that is :)

I know most poker rooms are non-smoking, so you're safe in there, after you hold your breath walking through the rest of the casino :)

All the tables can be ns as long as you ask, but if there's someone there smoking and you get there after him then that table will be smoking allowed. I know this is true in Aria HL and all my local casinos.

If I remember correctly Wynn and Venetian both had non smoking sections of machines. I can't recall anyone with non-smoking tables though. I'm sure someone has them but I don't know who. Your best bet is to call and check. This non-smoking gambling thing is a relatively new idea and I'm sure we'll see more sections as it catches on (I hope).

BTW, if you like Biloxi have you tried the Palace Casino and resort? It's an entire non-smoking resort. And its no tiny casino either. It's pretty big for Biloxi standards and had all newer machines when I went. It was NICE! I've only played there though. So far I've only stayed at the Beau in Biloxi.

you can always ask for them to make a table non-smoking. they put up a sign and people can't smoke there. obviously there's still smoke wafting around the casino from other tables, but at least you don't have a guy holding his cig 3 inches from your face.

but they won't do this on busy games with full tables. but if you sit down at an empty table, you should have no problem getting them to make it NS.

There are some non-smoking Blackjack tables at the MGM Grand, but when I walked through the casino I didn't see anyone at them (though that was during the day, when there weren't as much people in the casino anywhere). I believe that the NS rule is on the placard with the bet min\max and on the felt itself - I remember the felt in particular having a distinct, eye-catching theme different from the normal tables, though I don't recall exactly what it was.
