    Hello together,
I just finished another trip to Vegas at the Pallazo.
I stay there twice from thursday to sunday. (Spent midweek somewhere else..)
I dont have a host or any history with them ( beside playing lots of poker at the V )
I booked a pretty decent deal only paying 109$ for the first night 149$ for Fr - sunday.
Before check out from the first trip I went to casino credit to check for comps.
They took all 3 nights off ( but not the resort fee )
I only played one session the whole trip giving me 10h of play at 240$ average @ Craps

The next trip I went there again. Rating was another 10h Craps @ 160 + perhaps 1hour roulette where I dont know the rating but it should be around 100$ ( bet between 50 and 150$ / Spin ). This trip I also played BlackJack which probably had a very low rating ( I played the game for the first time starting betting 15$ an hand and not press it above 75$. Avergage around 40 might be right, but I dont know the rating)

So I walk up to c.credit and they told me all the could to is take one night off ( the cheapest obvsl.) This wondered me quit a bit and I even returned half an hour later to check again and ask why so few comps, but they just explained me that the play they have in the computer doesnt get me anymore.

Was I over comped the first trip and just expected a little to much on the second? Did this 1 low session of BJ ruin it, bc it brought down the overall average? (theo should still be up through it...) Does it matter that I won on both trips and therefore they just didnt want to give me any comps on the second trip?

Ok this got pretty long. Thanks for all answers.
    All input is appreciated.
May the luck be with u

It sounded like you just talked to the player card booth, did you try to speak with a host? Your level of play should get you free room at least.

I was at the casino credit desk which is on the left side when you are leaving the P in direction of the V.
I also made the same bets in craps ( didnt skip hardways or anything ).

The numbers you mentioned in your first post. Were those your estimates or what the pit told you when you were done? You are playing a few games where it may be difficult to always get an accurate count of your play.

To be honest after they told me ( and I reconfirmed 10minutes later with them ) my play was only good for the one night comped ( 109$ +resortfee ) I didnt come up with the idea to tell them I want to talk with a host about it.
Could a host in generall give me more than the guys at casino credit ( arent these or at least some of them hosts as well ) ?
What should someone expect in terms of comp dollar for 10h of craps at 160 -240$ ( including odds)
