My wife just got a good offer, so we are headed to the Bellagio instead of our usual place in a couple of weeks. I only have three nights this trip. Are there any "must dos" at the property? I am mostly thinking of food, but open to hearing about other areas of interest.

    Thanks

We love their pool. I enjoyed their spa when it was less crowded...especially the balcony overlooking the pool. I am not as crazy about their food as a bunch of people are (I'd rather go across the street to Mon Ami Gabi), and now that they took out our favorite bar/lounge I can't add much more. But I love to gamble here and the buffet is our favorite in Vegas.

Make sure you try their peach bellini.Great drink.
    JP for morning coffee,and pastry.

Prime is a really good restaurant, but agree with Tex really
like Mag.Prime is nicer if you want a quieter dinner for two.
Mag is a great vibe, and the steak with merlot is pretty good.

Nice having the monorail over to Aria and MC.

I'm sure you plan on the conservatory, and fountain shows.

I think you'll like B,but can feel crazy crowded.

Have a great time.By the way the B coffee shop is very good.

    Bellagio

I go to the Bellagio once a month for 3 day weekends. Try Circo for a casual dinner. You will be surprised at the fair price and ask for a fountain view table. A nice experience....it's not Prime ...but an Italian meal of fine quality. I love both places. Try the Cubian sandwich at the pool cafe...best on the strip. Just relax and enjoy the best place in Vegas. Crowds won't seem to matter when you know your room is just an elevator away......

    Hi

I really enjoy Sensi and Olives for dinner...I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

If you want a quick lunch - Snacks (next to Sports Book) is a good option instead of the cafe.

    Have fun!

    -- Cocktail at Petrossian.

-- Lunch on the balcony at Olives.

-- Chocolate croissant at the coffee shop.

-- Don't breathe on the wetbar or you'll be charged.

-- Quiet place to read, in the shade, at the far end of the pool.

-- A peek (at least) at Picasso.

I really like Yellowtail @ the Bellagio. They have a sushi roll that includes Pop Rocks as one of their ingredients. It is a little different from your neighborhood Sushi Bar, but it has a good atmosphere and good food.

    Thanks for the great responses.

I will feel like a fish out of water away from the normal food routine.

Olives and Circo do look interesting.

Wow, I gotta be honest, that is my least favorite place there! How ordinary.... shows how different folks have different tastes, huh?

re: Olives. Yes, we all have varied tastes, likes and dislikes. Eating at Olives is a regular for us, often multiple times in one trip. Even if not staying at Bellagio. But, I know some are not so hip on it.

And, this is why I just do a silent chuckle when I see any of the following:

    * What are the not to miss places to eat?
    * You MUST eat at xxx.
    * If you eat at xxx, I know you will love it. (how do people know what others will love?)
    * The dinner at xxx is outstand and well worth the cost! (says who?)
    * The best place for lunch (or dinner) in Vegas is at xxx
    * It is our 10 anniversary, where is the best place for dinner?
    * I am taking my new girlfriend, and I want the best place to dine her.

In the end, we all have varied tastes, and even more varied budgets.

I know and agree! It might help if I liked Olives, huh!

As for the poster, Circo is really good, Prime is wonderful and Le Cirque is fancy and french!

There's a gelato cafe by the elevators that had casual, inexpensive and delicious food. I had a celery root soup there that was awesome. Their pastries and gelato were great too. Not full service but good.

I certainly understand that thought. If nothing else, it gives me a few places to focus on since I will have a limited number of meals. A couple of good endorsements for Olives will have me look harder at the menu to find something that fits my pallet.

Again. Thanks all for all the comments.

I like Cafe Bellagio. I eat there quite a bit. The Conservatory is awesome!
The Casino is always fun and the Spa is above average but not the greatest.

I almost always stay at Bellagio.
I really enjoy Olive's and Sensi. Circo is lovely and of course Prime. Their 24 hour restaurant is quite good although the menu changes are a bit depressing although the food is still very good.
I do not enjoy Michael Mina.
