Drinks at the RIO?

    hey gang, does anyone know of any drink specials at the rio? I know its next door to the Gold Coast that has $2 Heinekens, but wanted to give the RIO a shot before I walked on over.
    Also--is it ture that that if you get to the vodoo club early enough, you can kind of lay low until the club starts and not have to pay a cover since, hey Ive been here since 7pm??

    Yes, you can get in free early in the evening. I don't know exactly when they begin to charge.

    This is an easy club to get passes to get in free. Typically they hand them out near the escalators leading up to the level above the casino where their entrance is. You can find them during the day usually in the afternoon

    I've never paid to get into Voodoo... passes are handed out at the desk also.
