I was wondering if anyone has taken advantage of this CET offer yet and how it went? How do you get the $500 cash?

I have the offer booked for August. Thanks for any feedback.

I'm booked on the exact same offer as you, the exact same time as you. Just take your TR card, ID and the actual coupon to the cage and they will give you some $$$.

I'm going to use this offer Friday.

Won't be coming home till next Wed so will let you know how it goes.

Other times when I used cash offers I'd just go to the Cage and they would give me the $$.

I've gotten free play where they give you vouchers like TITO but this states it's for cash.

I'm assuming the food credit will be on your rewards acct but not sure.

I'm glad I checked the magazine because I wasn't going to stay at a CET property this trip. I probably won't be using the room but since I'm going to be there it was an offer to good to pass up. I do plan on giving them one good day of play tho. I don't care about offers anymore other than free rooms. If they downgrade me I really don't care. I don't play for comps just take what they offer me which is more than I can ever use.

queentata - I found it first in my Total Rewards magazine but I did check and it was also in my offers.

In March I had $750 FP from one offer and $400 food credit from AC at Paris. THe food credit was done by charging to your room. The free play was a voucher at check-in that would be picked-up at the cashier. I got $750 of tickets similar to TITO. I play mostly VP, however, I couldn't find a VP machine that I wanted to play that took these tickets. I ended up playing on slots and I cashed out each time I played the full ticket amount out. After using the tickets, I walked away with a little less than $500 and went to play at VP. I hope that made sense.

Yes, you're right about the vouchers not being able to use them in just any machine. I forgot about that.

Do not compare to places like Casino Royale that have a handful of SPECIAL machines for freeplay.

With CET, probably 90% of the slots on the floor are available. It is more about a few that are not.

I don't play slot machines, only vp. This was at Paris.

I haven't had problems finding slots to accept the tickets only VP. If you're playing slots you should be fine, all the slots I tried weren't an issue.

To all the people talking about freeplay, this is not freeplay, it's cash. Go to the cage with your ID, coupon and player's card, and they will give you 5 crisp $100 bills.

Well I never made it over to Planet Hollywood to use my offer. We got in so late Thursday nite/ Friday, checked into Southpoint, slept for a few hours. I was so busy at the BMX races with my grandson until 11:30 pm Friday and was too tired. We hadn't even eaten dinner yet. My son said "it's money to you" but at that point in time I didn't care. My thought was, since it was a Friday night now, traffic, probably lots of people checking in, it was going to take a couple of hours. I just didn't want to deal with it.

I know some of you are probably thinking "you must be kidding me". My theory is when it's too much trouble, oh well. Same as driving a couple miles more to save a few dollars, not worth it to me.

I did however have all six nights of my room comped from a floor Supervisor. My theory on this is "all you can do is ask, nothing to lose".

That is so sad. I just read a TR on TA where they offered 8000 of these with only 150 (?) budgeted as a response. SO many people were denied the offer, even though they received the magazine with the offer on it. Someone else would have probably really enjoyed it.

The person that did get the offer & use it at Paris easily received her $500. So did you cancel the room or just never check in? Often if you don't cancel in advance & then don't show - they WILL charge your CC for the first nights stay. So make sure you watch your credit card.

No, I didn't cancel and never checked in.

I will check my cc but I'm not worried because it was a comp $0 for every night.

I didn't realize so few were able to book this offer.

I had every intention of using it but I just couldn't get away early enough.

Can you get your cash the second you check-in on this promotion? or do you have to wait til 5 days are done?

Just have to be checked in and your room has to be booked under the correct offer. You an stay for less than 5 nights if you like.
