self parking at PH or FlamingO

Stayed at PlanetHo over Easter and had a loooooog walk through the MM mall everytime we wanted to get to the car. Is there an closer parking lot for PlanetHo? The hotel staff said, NO. What about Flamingo- is their self parking lot still in the back and how crowded is it now that? I would love to hear your experience if you stayed there recently.

 

I haven't been to the Flamingo garage in a while, so I can't comment on the status with LINQ construction. But I have made that long walk from the PHo self park before. I only made that mistake once. I ALWAYS valet at PHo because of that.

 

No better parking at PH as far as I know. Unless you valet, which we just did that most of the time because it's so inconvenient.

Flamingos is still in the back. still the old gross one! Depending how you go at the Flamingo it can be a little confusing with the construction, but it's not that bad, I'm sure once you find out the correct way, then it's good. (we got a little lost getting in to Harrah's from that side street by the Westin, but after we figured out the right way it was fine)

 

for Flamingo i always park my car at Bills. Ive also left the car at bills and walked over to Planet Hollywood ... just my 2 cents

 

Ah, Flamingo self parking. That smell from the garage to the casino is one I can never seem to forget. Seriously though I just keep going up levels until I can park close to the elevators. Not a bad walk. PH is definitely a disaster though when it comes to self parking.

 

Valet at PH. It's not worth the hell of self-parking there to save a couple of dollars.

I met friends at Hard Rock who worked there last time and the walk back to employee parking took forever. Although we did go to three different floors as she couldn't remember where she was parked!

 

I would suggest valet at the Flamingo as well, but often times it's full, even on weekdays.

The Flamingo garage can be a mess!

 

was at the flamingo a couple of months ago, no problems even with the construction going on. coming up the strip from the car rental place..right on flamingo, left on audrie, left into the flamingo driveway to the parking garage. Audrie was closed right after the turn into the flamingo. BUT...that was a couple of months ago!
