I was asked to leave the property last night cause I was sitting on the ledge of the parking garage at Red Rock to watch the fireworks.

I was not read any tresspass documentation. I play there quite frequently so it would suck to be banned..... I just dont want to show up and there to be an issue.

    Thanks

I don't think they would have known you from Adam if you went into the casino after driving your car around the parking lot.

Great! I am assuming if there was gonna be an issue the next time I went.... I would have had more of a hassle instead of just leaving the property like I was asked.

I also was not rude, I just said "Ok sorry about that" and headed off.

If you didn't hear the word, trespass, you'll be OK.

Yeah, banning someone is the type of thing they would want to be pretty explicit about.

If you went back and they actually said something to you, like came up to you in the casino and said you were banned from the property, then you can just say something like the guy said to go home for that night, not that you were banned from life from the place... and then ask them what you need to do to relieve the ban

Did they take your name? Check your ID? Photograph you?

They didnt take my picture or id or name..... just say I need to ask you to leave the property.

No trespass was mentioned or banning..... I kinda wish they had just said a time frame. I go to Red Rock almost every 2 days.

I am assuming maybe I am in just as much trouble as the people who get too drunk and get wheelchaired out and asked to leave.

You just got bounced for the night. No sweat. Show up with money this weekend and they'll welcome you with open arms. They just weren't going to "hassle with the drunks on the ledge" last night.

If all they did was ask you to leave the property then yeah thats pretty much it - they probably didn't like you sitting on the ledge of the parking garage so they sent you home for the night... doesn't sound like you are banned from there at all.

No hey sir, can you please get down? Seems a little harsh to tell someone to leave over something like that.

    sitting on the ledge?

    How high is this ledge?

Could other patrons have been reporting you as a jumper?

If you fell, would the casino have been held liable? You betcha.

You are not banned, you were probably a safety risk,

Seems like there might be a bit more to the story? Did you identify yourself as a casino patron? Were you polite and respectful? Or did security just walk up and say, "get off the wall and leave the property!"

If you were banned you would know it. No need to worry.

They didn't specify a ban or a time so you should have no problems. Good luck
but I don't think you will need it.:nono:
